Mr Masud has provided an excellent service,his care has been impeccable. From the first consultation he has provided explanations and advice on every aspect of my care.. I was well prepared for surgery with both verbal and written information. Today I attended for a post surgery review, Mr Masud explained my x rays to me, using the X-ray to describe the surgical procedure. I feel that all my views were taken into consideration and my questions were answered. Iam extremely happy with the care I have received.

My only complaint was the delay in having surgery. Mr Masud is a fantastic surgeon who did an amazing partial knee replacement for me in November. My recovery has by far exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to have my other knee operated on by him. This is totally life changing surgery.

During my first visit Mr Masud explained in detail the possible options that were available. He asked about my thoughts and what proceedure I would prefer. Mr Masud gave me a date for my operation and put me at ease regarding the operation and after care. Masud visited me on the morning of the operation ,again asked me if I had any questions. Mr Masud visited me before I was discharged and went through aftercare Physiotherapy and visits to his clinic. I found Mr Masud to be an excellent Surgeon with an excellent manner when dealing with myself as a patient . I cannot suggest any improvements as my experience was excellent.

Sadly i have found my self in a position were both my knees are in a riddled with severe Arthritis due to a inherited family defect that never realised i had until recently . I have found Mr Masud to be a very Sympathetic, Honest and caring man who explained my condition fully and to date has been extremely considerate with my care and well being .
